organizations in the school. They are the representative structure
through which pupils can raise issues of concern and undertake
initiatives that benefit the school and the community .
In Eulogio Rodriguez, Jr. elementary School , they are actively involve
most of the activities of the school. This is the sole purpose of
exercising their rights, privileges, their duties, and their responsibilities
as members of the student body. This also enhances their social
awareness as well as promoting their consciousness through their

ACCOMPLISHMENT
REPORT
Lack of health education, can lead to
reduced ability to find, understand and
use health information.
Therefore , one of the prioritized
projects of ERES focuses on the
importance of health promotion
and education.
With the teamwork and partnership
with the Medical Team of our division
created a great impact on our
community’s interest in improving
public health status especially to our
pupils’ health as evident by:
Medical check up of grade five pupils
Increased number of attendees during orientations.
Wherein we integrate health related programs during the
talk.
We let our pupils participate in the different health
programs of our school and let them be advocates of change.
