employee?
Advantages:
 Short and concise information on leadership
 The general managers in its hotels as well as for employees
holding corporate director or higher positions
 Employee identify their leadership strengths and weaknesses
and problem solver provide themselves with better leadership
skill.
 There are e-learning opportunity
Disadvantages:
 IGH virtual leadership development program is only for
general manager and high employess.
Q2. What more traditional development activities would you
recommend the IGH include in the development program to
make more effective? Explain how these development activities
will enhance program’s effectiveness.

 On the job training (a hands on the method of teaching the


skills, knowledge, and competencies needed for employees to
perform a specific job within the workplace)
