I’m getting an F2 hard drive error on screen What is required for me to reimage using Sure
Recover?
• Because HP Sure Recover is network based
image recovery, all that is required is a physical
internet connection – no additional external
media is needed.

• If HP Sure Recover is set up, it is recovering the


image. Can I use either a wired or wireless network
connection?
• No, HP Sure Recover currently does not
Can HP Sure Recover restore my data? support wireless networks.
• No, reimaging a PC removes all files and personal
data. Be sure to back up all data before recovery.

keyboard or mouse is connected to
a USB port.

Enable the feature in BIOS by


checking the “Power On from USB
Ports.”

keyboard or clicking the mouse.
