Our Chuchurrito will offer churros, a kind
of pastry snack with chocolate dip and
different choices of toppings, paired with
iced coffee and lemonade as drinks that
will attuned the demand of the students in
Learn and Explore Montessori School.
Our churros is resistant to others
business or competitors.

We offered not just ordinary churros but


with a twist that can compete with other
competitors.
Our churros is affordable to everyone
we set some promos and combo in our
menu, we also have different flavors
inside of our churros plus you can still
dip it to our other syrup flavors and
toppings and lastly, our packaging are
easy to handle and eco-friendly.
Our business will initially operate one
day only that is why we will make
limited product alone and we will use
flyers to promote the variety and
different flavors of our churros.
Our churros will have a variety of
flavors and dips that will use as an
advantage to achieve market
penetration against our other
competitors.

Initial capitalization for the


Chuchurrito is Php 500 to Php 800 for a
one day expense.
Our expected revenue for that certain
day is Php 1000 to Php 1500 where is
the total cost of goods is sold for the
amount of Php 20 for 3 pcs of churros,
Php 15 for a cup of iced coffee, Php 10
for a cup of juice, and Php 30 for the
combo or set meal

PURPOSE OF THE PRODUCT
Chuchurritos will offer our valued customers a variety of options
for their own dip in their churros. Each order will have a
chocolate filling inside and a non-flavored dough; however, there
are different dips that will be available. The customer may choose
at least 2 dip for their liking but with an additional of 2 pesos.
PRODUCT’S UNIQUE FEATURES
Chuchurrito has unique features, first is that we are the only one
who is offering a pastry snack here at Learn and explore
Montessori School. Second is that we at Chuchurrito will offer
combo snack (churros + drinks) but still affordable and healthy.
Lastly, our churros have many choices of dip that customers can
avail and enjoy.
DISTRIBUTION LOGISTICS
Chuchurrito will initially operate school-based and will use of
social media ( e.g facebook, twitter and Instagram) to showcase the
variety of our churros and for the customers for them to easy
browse the choice of flavors of our product. We, the staff of
Chuchurito are the one who will see directly our churros to our
beloved customers for their convenience. Our product will also be
available to other schools, different household and may also
available in some occasions.

•Marketing Strategies
Our marketing campaign will aim to increase our buyer
and to gain popularity to the market; this will make a good
relationship between us, entrepreneur and buyers. Our
marketing campaign also aims to reach the expectations of
our beloved customer and be able to see the visual of our
product.
•Social Media – our business will be active on own social
media platforms, example of this is our own Facebook page
and Instagram named Chuchurritos. This will help our
business to gain more buyers and to be known immediately
specially to students and millennial. Also they can request
for a meet-up for their own convenience.
•Students of LEMS – Chuchurrito will attempt to gather
data to various students of LEMS who are seeking for new
product to avail in school canteen. A FB page will be created
for them to be aware of Chuchurrito. This will be achieve
through the help of the teachers and other students by
sharing the pictures and liking the said page.
•Sales Strategies
The sales strategy will emphasize that ordering and buying
churros is very accessible because of the social media.
Having social media will make our sales effort possible
through having pages in different types of it.
Since technology and internet are easy to use and find,
many of our customers will be able to avail our products in
just a few click away. Also we will be having our room to
room service that is favorable to every students who wants
to avail our product. We are aiming to be the give our best
service and convenience to our valued customers.
