Hello!
Hi.
How are you? What’s up?
How are you doing? Good to see you.
How is everything? How are things (with you)?
How’s everything going? How’s it going?
How’s life been treating you?
How have you been keeping? How is life?
I trust that everything is well.
Greeting a person you haven’t seen for a long time
(formal) (informal)
Firstly I would like to thank you for giving me this opportunity and it's my pleasure to introduce myself.
I am Meriana from Pati. My friends usually calls me Merin. I am 24 years old and single. Now, I’m staying in a dormitory owned by
Unnes while I’m studying for teacher professional program for 1 year which is so-called PPG SM-3T. I had completed my bachelor
degree majoring Geography Education in Unnes in 2013. Telling about my family , well, my mother is working in school as a Math
teacher and my father is working as an engineer in State Electricity Company (PLN). My hobbies are travelling and swimming.
I am fresher and have no work experience in either company or school. Yet, I had had experience in teaching students in under
developed areas of Indonesia for one year as an apprentice. That was really fantastic and made me think that Indonesia is one of the
biggest countries in the world.
My strength is that i can set up myself easily in any type of environment. While my weakness is that sometimes it is difficult for me to
stop working on something after hours when it is needed especially to finish my duty.
My short term goal is to get placed in a reputed school which will give me an opportunity to enhance my skills and knowledge as soon
as I finish this program. My long term goal would be reaching the higher position in school where I work later. That's all I can write/say.
Thank you for giving such a wonderful opportunity.
