Introduction

• We plan to become the most prominent office supply retailer.

• We intend to capture a major portion of the market for office supply sales.
• Our goal is to provide a wide range of office supplies present in the market.
• Offer customers attractive prices & maintain quality of goods and increase profit.
• This can be achieved by keeping inventory at optimal level, evaluating suppliers,
and minimizing supplier’s price.
Challenges

 The planning team has no control on the relation between the items received on

PR/PO approval cycles on one side, and the material issued to shopfloor on pickup list

received in the job orders from ERP.

 There is a considerable gab between the material/resource plan and manufacture

execution results.

 The collection of cash from the principals and wholesale networks through distribution

networks with neither insights nor acknowledged sales links with the wholesale.

functions of the ERP system. It contains standard accounting records, such as the general ledger (GL) and
balance sheet; generates financial reports; and handles related transactions, such as invoicing and expense
reporting. The ERP finance module, which is also referred to as ERP core finance or financial management, also
