    on UKH students
    Problem Statement

    Universities are prior level of student’s improvement. They are designed to be a perfect
    course for students. Moreover, to help students build a successful Career for their
    future. Providing several different courses which related to their background filed, in
    order to achieve desired future job and fulfill labor market demand. Employers expect
    fresh graduate students must have some skills to cooperate within organizational
    environment. Are universities fulfilling employers and labor market demand on
    potential fresh graduators?. Graduates deserve chance to participate in groups to
    develop technological skills, determination, teamwork, and communication skills.
    Internship program provides a chance to help students to make a new step from "book
    theories to the real work environment” (Maistre and Pare, 2004). This dissertation will
    dig into details about how undergraduate students perceive and do they get any
    beneficial outcomes from the program?

    Significance of the Research
    Students completing internships have the
    ability to apply skills learned in the
    classroom, and practical experiences that
    they can use it to enhance their
    employability.
    By the end of this research study, we
    determine how UKH students gain the
    benefits out of the program.
    Brief Literature Review

    • Over the last decade there has been a growing debate about the beneficial of
    internship program and its role of preparing students to the real life of business.
    Thus, a lot of the accepted workers gained their background information from this
    system. internship is an academic program, which leads undergraduate students
    to have a real-life experience of their career study. Undergraduate students can
    gain valuable applied experience throughout their internship training program.
    Also, internship fulfill the gap between theoretical part and the real practice of
    business. The duration of an internship program is one semester of student’s
    academic studying or up to six months. Students would apply to potential
    companies to start with. The program is designed to be unpaid structure to
    students, each student must work 40 hours per week or as a part time. Getting
    familiar with the real work environment is the particular reason for these
    pressures. (Sumathi, Zainal and Chong, 2012). NACE (2011) has described
    internship as an offer to students, which they can practice the knowledge and
    theoretical part learned inside the classroom to improve their skills and gain more
    experience related to their background filed.
