POST EXPERINECE STANDARDS

DEFINITION

The Home Entity must offer a debriefing space to the Exchange Participant no more than 2 weeks after they
finish the experience. The Space must include at least the following:
- Debrief of the leadership experience of the Exchange Participant, including a space to analyze personal
goals achievement.
- Analyze the delivery of the Exchange Standards.

HOW TO DELIVER IT?

Cuando el intercambista haya terminado su oportunidad la Home Entity debe coordinar con el EP con
mínimo dos semanas de anticipación para que se le brinde el último seminario de cierre de experiencia. Se
debe velar porque este espacio se agende con mínimo 4 días de anticipación y se mande una invitación
formal por correo.
