Analisis Beban Kerja (ABK)
Kesehatan
1. Tujuan
Penggunaan metode ABK bertujuan untuk menghasilkan
perhitungan perencanaan kebutuhan SDM Kesehatan di
institusi baik di Fasilitas Pelayanan Kesehatan (RS,
Puskesmas dan Jaringannya, Balai Kesehatan Masyarakat,
Labkes, Gudang Farmasi, Klinik, Faskes lainnya) maupun
non Faskes, yang meliputi Jabatan Sruktural, Jabatan
Fungsional Tertentu, dan Jabatan Fungsional Umum

Manfaat
1. Penyusunan rencana kebutuhan pegawai secara riil
sesuai dengan beban kerja organisasi;
