Executive Summary
Our goal was to implement tabletop menu tablets to assist customers with quick, easy ordering
options to support and further our progress toward Sauce & Spoon's companywide OKRs in the bar
area in two of our restaurant locations
This project have helped in decrease food waste by 50% and customer satisfaction have increased to
86%.
Beta testing helped us in improving the cash payment method process and we learned that
contractors could change their pricing structure at the last moment, and we need to be prepared.
We will continue to track customer experience and satisfaction level and try to Expand tablet features
to other sections of restaurant and at other locations.
