 Talent serve deals in providing service to students who are preparing for jobs for
corporate world. It also provides mentorship to the students who are graduated and
willing to make their career in corporate world.
 Talent serve also provides course learning in product management, digital marketing,
operations, finance, HR and so on. It also provides job for the aspirants.
 The hiring partners of talent serve are Wipro, Amazon, IBM, Flipkart, Unacademy,
Swiggy, Zomato and so on. And the college partners are IIM Ahmedabad, IIM
Calcutta, IIM Bangalore and so on.

Talent serve use social media marketing platforms for promotion through their
own Blogs, Youtube channel, Instagram page and LinkedIn page.
Social Media Marketing

It refers to process of gaining website traffic or attention through social media


sites.

In Talent serve, we have assigned a task of promoting their website through


social media platform and create a brand image. We had been assigned a daily
task of posting a story on our every social media account and have to post their
events for promotion.
Crowd funding

 Crowd funding is the practice of funding a project or venture by raising


money from a large number of people mainly via internet.

 We have been assigned a project of crowdfunding for CSR(Corporate Social


Responsibility) work.

 It has tie ups with NGOs for which talent serve raise funding.
Market research

 It is an organized effort to gather information about target markets and


customers.

 We had collected the data of colleges and their placement centres by doing
survey and collecting information through internet. The data was analyzed
and organized in a excel sheet for storage.
Sales pitching

 A proposal sent to perspective client meant to persuade them to try a brand’s


products or services.

 I had targeted the unknown audience and personal contacts through social
media for sales pitching. We have been given a target of selling their start
grow plan to at least 5 person and for that we have used our sales techniques
by using pitching, presentation, convincing and follow-up techniques.
Conclusion

 The journey of training at Talent serve pvt. ltd was exciting, experimental,
analytical and exploring.

 I had learned so many things during this training period in marketing


domain.

 I had learned general management and marketing skills like how to


persuade others, collecting data and sales pitching.
