    Project starts at Chhatro, Kishtwar district and east portal of tunnel is at Singhpora (17.088km from Chhatro). The
    unidirectional tunnel of 10331/10363m upto west portal at Gadole and ends at Vailoo. These are summarized as

    Alignment Plan:
    As per the alignment plan provided in Annex-III (Schedule A), Finished road level (FRL) indicated in the alignment plan shall
    be followed by the contractor as minimum FRL. In any case, the finished road level of the project highway shall not be less
    than those indicated in the alignment plan

    As per section 2- ii(a) of Schedule B, Two-Lane carriageway with paved shoulders (10m)
    Design Speed:

    The section 3 (ii) of Schedule –B states that minimum design speed of 40 km per hr. for mountainous/hilly terrain
    as per IRC: SP:48-1998 & IRC: SP:73-2018.
