    A 65-year-old male presented with watering of the left eye for 1 year and diminished vision in both eyes for 1 year. On examination, his visual acuity was 6/60-6/24 in the right eye improving to 6/6 with pinhole in the left eye. Examination of the left eye was notable for a positive result on the test for dacryocystitis (ROPLAS) with clear fluid expressed on pressure. The patient's past medical history and general examination were otherwise unremarkable.
