2) Electricity is an important part of modern life. Now a days, the electricity playa a vital role in day today life.
3) 1,137.00 billion kWh of electric energy per year is the total consumption and is the most important measure
in India energy balance.
4) . In airport, two part have been divided for the usage of electricity a)landside b)airside. Airport consume
180kWh per year. 60% for terminal building and 40% for airfield lighting, hangers, parking desks, workshops,
and ancillary buildings
5) Total energy consumption of airport by using both renewable and non renewable sources.
Now a days the airport are concentrate the clean and sustainable environment by using renewable energy.
6) Airport operators have a global goal to reduce CO2 emission by 50% by the year of 2050.

Literature review
According to Chowdhury, Hemal Chowdhury, Tamal Hossain, Nazia Chowdhury, Piyal dos Santos
Mascarenhas, Jefferson Bhuiya, Muhammad Now the aviation industry most concentrate on the
greenhouse gas emission. The use of clean energy sources in place of traditional power consumption
is the best solution to this problem. Airport sites have available barren lands as natural barriers.
These lands can be used to generate power through the use of renewable energy sources such as
solar, wind, and others. A sustainability analysis has also been included for the grid-connected solar
power plant.
According to Yildiz.O.F, Yilmaz.M, Celik.A 'Airport terminal buildings consume more power than
other airport buildings. The major energy consumers in airport terminal buildings are heating,
ventilation, and air conditioning (HAVC). As a result, improving the energy efficiency of the HVAC
system is becoming a more pressing issue in order to reduce the energy power consumption and CO2
emissions of current airport terminals. Six proposed strategies for reducing energy savings, cost
savings, and environmental impact are examined. This means that by implementing the suggested
energy-saving projects, energy consumption and CO2 emissions can be reduced.
