Caesar Salad
Recipe 3 cloves garlic, peeled, divided
¼ cup mayonnaise (you make it first)
1 ⅔ anchovies anchovy fillets, minced
⅓ teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoons lemon juice, or more to taste
salt to taste
ground black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoons olive oil
1 ⅓ cups day-old bread, cubed
⅓ head romaine lettuce, torn into bite-size
pieces

PROCEDURE:
Step 1
Mince 3 cloves of garlic, and combine in a small bowl with mayonnaise,
anchovies, 2 tablespoons of the quick melt cheese, Season to taste with
salt and black pepper. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Step 2
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cut the remaining 3 cloves
of garlic into quarters, and add to hot oil. Cook and stir until brown, and
then remove garlic from pan. Add bread cubes to the hot oil. Cook,
turning frequently, until lightly browned. Remove bread cubes from oil,
and season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Place lettuce in a large bowl. Toss with dressing, remaining Parmesan
cheese, and seasoned bread cubes.
Squash Soup
Recipe 1 lb squash
1 pc onion
1 pc garlic
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 cup evaporated cream/evaporated milk
3 cups water o broth
Salt
Black Pepper

PARAAN NG PAGLUTO:
1. Sa isang kawali, igisa ang sibuyas, bawang at luya sa
kaunting mantika at butter
2. Isunod ang cinnamon powder at kalabasa. Timplahan gamit
ang asin
3. Ilagay ang chicken stock at pakuluan.
4. Kapag malambot na ang kalabasa, hanguin at i-blender
5. Ibalik sa kawali, lagyan ng cream, at timplahan gamit ang
paminta.
Corn Soup
Recipe 1 fresh sweet corn or canned sweet
corn
2 middle sized eggs , whisked
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon salt
¾ L chicken stock (knorr cubes)
1 spring onion
Several drops of vegetable oil

Saute
1 onion minced
1 garlic minced
4 tbsp cornstarch
2 eggs
2 tbsp sesame oil
Spring onions
During the process, use high fire and slowly
stir the whisked egg liquid in. Stir the soup
with a scoop continually. And in one direction
please.

Mix cornstarch with around 1 tablespoon of


water and then add the water starch to the soup.
Bring to boiling again. Serve hot with spring
onions garnished and vegetable oil.
