What is a phrasal verb?
They are composed in
English, those simple verbs to
which you add a preposition
or an adverb and achieve a
different meaning.

The verbs that are often part of phrasal


verbs are: have, put, let, come, get, do,
etc.

why is phrasal verbs
important?
It is important because they are verbal
structures composed of two particles:
verb + adjective, adverb or preposition
that serve to define specific actions or
states.
