PURPOSE
The inventory system is a system that performs such transactions
(buying of books/supplies). For this reason, the system guides them
through the creation supplies list. The system can track down supply
items and remaining stocks. This system will help them regarding their
records and can retrieve faster so less time is wasted and to easily find
the previous record. It also promotes effective and secure inventory
which assures correct items and correct quantities or stocks.

The whole study is about how supply inventory system promotes


first and reliable information for quicker work.
SCOPE AND LIMITATION
This study limits only in the process of supply inventory
system of (CDM) Colegio de Montalban which is located in
Kasiglahan, Village, San Jose, Rodriguez Rizal.

The possible people that can used the system would be


the following:

• Principal – The center administrator of a school, he has


the authority to operate the system, he can also open it
when there are transactions to do.
• Supply officer – The person assigned to manage the
properties of the school. He/she have also the authority
to operate and the one that will make the inventory of
the property of the school.
• Other people – That would be given the authorization.
