Assigned two fulltime ware house worker
Organized dispensary unit at emergency , inpatient, labor
& delivery & at OPD level
Obtained all essential drugs , medical equipment & reagent
by communicated with PFSA and purchased from Bahrdar&
Addis Ababa.
Expired drugs were reduced to 2%
Constructed 2modern incinerator by collaborated with
NGOS signed agreement with the NGO to construct
warehouse.

• Prepared health development army plan
• Orientation was given for team leaders and
the staff
• After reaching the consensus with 1to 5 and
team leaders developed their own plan
