INTRODUCTION
Human Resource Management is the strategic approach to the effective management of people in
an organization.
HumanResource Management is “planning, organizing, directing, controlling of
procurement,development, compensation, integration , maintenance and separation of human
resources to the end that individual, organizational and social objectives are achieved .”
EMPLOYEE ABSENTEESIM
Employee Absenteeism is the absence of an employee from work. It’s a major problem faced by
almost all employers of today. Employees are absent from work and thus the work suffers.
Absenteeism of employees from work leads to back logs, piling of work and thus work delay.
Absenteeism is one of the major threats to Indian industry.
NEED OF THE STUDY
The development of any organization depends on the employees. The study is conducted to
know the various levels and reasons for absence of employees in an organization. By
adopting corrective measures to decrease irregularities in the organization, leads to
organizational growth .

METHODOLOGY OF THE STUDY
Methodology is a plan of action for a research project and explains in detail how data
are collected analysed and presented, so that they will provide meaning information.
COLLECTION OF DATA
The task of data collection begins after research problems design chalked out. Data is the
foundation for all marketing research. The researchers can obtain data form.
Primary Data
Questionnaires are prepared and personal interview was conducted.
Secondary Data
Due to cost and time involved in collecting the data from all the respondents, it becomes a
compulsion to choose representation. Sampling plan explains as under,

Indian edible oil import has grown at 8.4% CAGR over last decade. Broadly, the portion of refined
oil in the imports has been ~15% of the total imports. The remaining crude edible oil imported
is refined in local units. The existing duty differential between CPO and RBD stands at
7.5%,which provides protection

of manufacturing and marketing edible oils like sesame oil, ground nurice bran oil etc.
The firm operates its sesame seed crushing unit in Samarlakota in East Godavari district
