III.Leaves
• Sick Leave: Fourteen (14) days per year for the first two years of
service.
• Paternity Leave: All legally married male employees
• Bereavement: Four (4) days in the event of the death of an
immediate family member.
• Solo Parents Leave: Seven (7) working days of parental leave
for solo parents certified by DSWD.
• Calamity Leave: Two (2) – Five (5) days leave for an
employee who was affected by flood, fire, or typhoon.
• Magna Carta for Women: Sixty (60) Calendar days leave.

I. OTHER BENEFITS:
· 13th Month Pay: The company grants a 13th month pay
equivalent to two (2) months’ pay to all eligible employee
every December of the year.
· Mid-year Bonus: The company will grant a bonus
equivalent to a half month’s pay. All probationary and
regular employees are eligible to have a bonus.
· UMID/ PAGIBIG/PHILHEALTH are also provided by
the company.
