Dr. Cecily Betz and with many pediatric nursing
leaders
• Society of Pediatric Nursing has grown to over
3,600 members and continues to grow.
• Following the 1990 Contemporary Forums annual
conference on Nursing Care of the Hospitalized
Child in Anaheim, CA, SPN's founding SPN
members established the framework for the
society.
SPN represents over 3,600 pediatric nurses and
28 specializations. Person pays a small fee to
become an SPN member. There are three
packages for members to choose upon.
