Supporting Documents.
Each document created in the system can be attached with
multiple supporting documents, where the file format can be in
pdf, images, audio, video, etc.
Audit Trails/ Log.
Traceability record of activities related to user and document
such as who has accessed which document, document
printing activities, etc.
Document Status.
To display the status of each document such as document in
draft, pending for review, pending for approval, document
had been approved and etc.
Department List.
A display of how many documents have been created under a
particular department and whether the document is categorized
under Quality Manual, Procedure, Work Instruction, Form, etc.
Document Bulletin.
Shows a list of documents pending for the "Reviewer" or
"Approver" to review and approve document.
Document Master List.
A comprehensive list to show the approved documents,
revision number, name of author and approver, approval date,
document name, ISO clauses and etc.
Dashboard.
A platform for announcements, news releases and setting
task reminder.
User Security.
A feature to assign user access rights of what the user can do
or cannot do in the system such as to create, edit, revise or
delete document, etc.
Email Notification.
Automated email notification to notify related user about
document pending for review, approval & newly approved
document.
Obsolete Document Control.
Obsolete documents is automatically remove to the document
history section and document versioning is automatically
updated.
Document Cancellation.
A document which had been sent for reviewed or approval can
be withdrawn for amendment by document creator.
Personal Folder.
A folder to store all the confidential documents and documents
that only can be accessed by designated colleagues.

Display complete supporting document lists of each specific

applicable to niix ISO Document Management System.
• JAVA (Can download from www.java.com)
• PostgresSQL DB (To be provided by HK Comp).

RAM: Min 1GB and above.

• MS Office 2003/2007/2010. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Only applicable to
niix ISO Document Management System.
• MS Office is NOT required at Client’s PC if user only needs to view the
document in niix ISO DMS.
• MS Office is REQUIRED at Client’s PC if user needs to Create & Revise
the document in niix ISO DMS.
