     History – 1.) Formation (4.5 billion years ago): Earth formed from a swirling
    disk of gas and dust around the young Sun.
     2.) Quaternary Period (2.6 million years ago - present): Characterized by
    ice ages and the development of Homo sapiens, leading to modern human
    civilization.
     3.) Hadean Eon (4.5 - 4 billion years ago): A period of intense heat and
    frequent impacts, with the formation of the Moon likely occurring during this
    time.
    What is the Structure of Earth ?
     Ans -
    The Earth has a layered structure, consisting of several distinct 4 compositional
    and physical layers. From the outermost layer to the innermost, these layers
    are:
     Crust:
     The Earth's outermost layer.
     Comprised of solid rock and divided into the continental crust (under continents) and
    the oceanic crust (under oceans).
     Relatively thin compared to the other layers.
     Mantle:
     Located beneath the crust.
     Consists of solid rock that can flow slowly over geological timescales, known as
    the mantle's semi-fluid or plastic nature.
     Extends to a depth of about 2,900 kilometers (1,800 miles).

     Outer Core:  Inner Core:
     Beneath the mantle.  The Earth's innermost layer.

    supporting the existence of a liquid outer core.
     Heat Flow:
     Measurements of heat flow from the Earth's interior contribute to our
    understanding of temperature variations and the presence of a solid inner
    core.
