TRANSPORTATION Checking the truck before we go to an event.
NO INGREDIENTS Have a supervisor do an inventory of our stock very
week and after each event. Check the expiration dates
of the ingredients.

NO SOCIAL MEDIA We will hire a very responsible person for the job and
ADVERTISING check on his work once a week.
MERCHANDISE We need to have a limited amount of merchandising per
event that we are going to give away. We need to come
up with an agreement before the event.
SOMEONE IS SICK We need to train in all positions. We need to know how
to do all the work so we can replace someone in case
of an emergency.
DISTRIBUTING THE We need to have a planning meeting every time we got
DIFFERENT POSITIONS an event. We need to assign specific jobs to each
person.
SUCCESS METRICS
 Free Samples Given:
This is one of my primary metrics to determine how many people are
interest in our product. Thus, making sure we have the right inventory
so none of our resources are wasted.

This will be another primary metric. Our Resources are limited so we
need to have our stock ready.

It is also a very important metric to understand brand recognition and
