April 9, 2020 –April 13, 2020 Question and Answer Process


Indicative Bid Q&A Process:
Round 1:
Indicative Bid Bidders can submit up to 20 questions via the provided form. Responses to
Phase these questions will be shared with all Bidders through the online data room
while keeping the source of each question confidential.
May 13, 2020 Indicative Bid Submission
Preparation and Submission of Indicative Bids:
Bidders prepare and submit their indicative bids based on the information
provided and clarified during the Q&A process. This involves internal
coordination, analysis, and decision-making to formulate a competitive bid.
Late May, 2020 Release of process letter , initiation of the phase Due Diligence Management: Providing Shortlisted Bidders with further
access to the electronic data room populated with comprehensive due
diligence materials.
Site Visit Coordination: Organizing and facilitating guided site visits to
HappyHour’s facilities for Shortlisted Bidders.
Management Presentations: Coordinating and conducting presentations by
HappyHour’s management team to provide strategic and operational insights
Round 2: Final to Shortlisted Bidders.
