Old system that being used by some hospital is still a paper based
system. Patient data record, employee workflow, doctor and nurse
schedule and activities are recorded using paper system. By
implementing E-hospital or HIS(Hospital Information System),this
system would help any medical operation run by the hospital itself.
It is one of the important service that is provided by the government. E-
hospital is an open source health information management system
(HMIS) which is configurable and easily customisable with multi-
tenancy support that is based on ICT tools and it is specially for the

Patients can download the MyChart on either the App

in-office visits to providers. Viewable data includes test

patient-generated data such as fitness metrics from a
wearable health device. Through the app, patients can
directly message their providers and confirm/schedule
