COMMERCIALIZATION PLAN
• RDI shall determine and select the asset for privatization. The asset will include
trademarks.
• RDI shall subscribe to Legal firm. The firm shall review and evaluate any legal
issues that may affect the disposition of asset.
• RDI shall subscribe to Valuation/ Marketing firm. The firm shall conduct the
valuation of assets.
• RDI shall prepare and submit the privatization plan to the RDI Head. RDI shall
endorse the privatization plan to the PrTWG. PrTWG shall approve the
privatization plan and price.
• RDI shall consult with other agencies on the plan to dispose of the oneSTore
asset and to clear up other issues (e.g. oneSTore Regional Coordinator, PCIEERD,
PCAARRD, FNRI, PGIN, MAYA, LBP, JTExpress, 2Go, NinjaVan). RDI shall notify

ZoomAudit (COA) of the sale/disposition and COA shall conduct a

special audit of assets for disposition (if necessary).

COMMERCIALIZATION PLAN
7. BAC shall conduct the following activities:
a. Issuance/Release of Bid Documents.
b. Due diligence period.
c. Pre-Bid Conference.
d. Request for Clarification/Supplemental Bid Bulletin.
e. Public Bidding/Offer for Sale (Eligibility Check, Submission and Opening of Bids).
f. Evaluation of Bids/Post Qualification.
8. RDI head shall endorse the winning bid to PrTWG for approval/acceptance of offer.
9. RDI head shall issue the notice of award.
10. Cashier of RDI shall accept the payment of bid price.
11. RDI, buyer, and PrTWG shall execute / sign the sale / transaction documents.
12. RDI shall turn-over the oneSTore asset to buyer / winning bidder.
13. Operationalize oneSTore for 3 months.
