According to Real C. So et al.(Principles
of Marketing),Marketing process is
identifying customer’s unfulfilled needs
that involve: Identifying market
opportunities, selecting target markets,
formulating marketing strategies,
formulating marketing programs, and
implementing and controlling the
marketing effort.
A Marketing Plan is a written step by
step process involving designed
activities and strategies that would
help companies achieve their
marketing objectives and serve as
basis for decision making. A simple
Marketing Plan is consists of:
1.EXECUTIVE SUMMARY - An executive
summary(or management summary,
sometimes also called speed read) is a
short document or section of a
document produced for business
purposes. It is intended as an aid to
decision-making by managers and has
been described as the most important
part of a business plan.
I. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Délice Sucré Company decided to create a
pancake business where all Filipinos customers
can buy and satisfy their cravings in a affordable
price.Also our main goal is to launch a delicious
pancake in a market for our actual and potential
buyers.We asure that our product is made of high
quality ingredients and produced in a clean
environment.
A pancake is a thin, flat cake that's made by
pouring butter into a pan hence its name and then
flipping it so that both sides are cooked. We also
offer to the customers the freedom to choose the
flavor they want.Regular pancake is good but our
pancake is better because we offer different flavor
like chocolate,butter,honey and ube.We do not
create a new products but inovate existing
products.The product will be advertised using a
social media as a tool for promotion.

Délice Sucré Company was founded by five
friends, ABM students of Las Piñas City National
Senior High School-Doña Josefa Campus in the
class of Principles of Marketing.This company
decided to name Délice Sucré or Sweet delight
which mean the company offers a sweet pancake
with a flavor of honey,ube,butter and chocolate.

make them satisfied and to encourage them to buy
pancakes again.

marketing plan. Not everyone is your
potential buyer, so it’s important to have
a clear understanding of your target
market early on.
7. Marketing objectives and strategies- provide the
detailed blueprint on how to achieve the
marketing objective. Strategies list which steps to
take, specific action necessary to achieve each
step and the expected timeline by which to
accomplish each stage. While the management
team is responsible for devising the marketing
objectives, workers at the supervisory level and
below are in charge of completing the actual
steps.
Are the intended goals of a company’s
marketing campaigns. Marketing
objectives are often listed as SMART
goals: This acronym stands for specific,
measurable, attainable, realistic and
time-bound.
8.Market testing -is a controlled
experiment conducted by companies
in a carefully selected market to test
the viability of their new product and
marketing strategy. It provides you an
opportunity to learn, adapt and refine
your product
9. Marketing budget-outlines all the money
a business intends to spend on marketing-
related projects over the quarter or year.
Marketing budgets can include expenses
such as paid advertising, sponsored web
content, new marketing staff, a registered
blog domain, and marketing automation
10. Implementation and Control- is a way to
implement your marketing plan through
detailed project planning that aligns with the
overall strategic goals of the organization.
Control is simply the way you ensure that the
milestonesyou set on your implementation plan
are being met.
11.Financial projection- These
projections are forecasts of
your cash inflows and outlays,
income and balance sheet.
They show bankers and
investors how you will repay
loans, what you intend to do
with your money and how you
