What are Shrubs?
Shrubs refer to low-height plants with several branches. This type of
vegetation is found in dry and arid regions, especially in deserts.
Deserts are characterized by scanty rainfall. Thus, these are highly
dry and barren regions.
These regions mainly comprise stunted and thorny shrubs as
vegetation.
Desert vegetation can be classified into: tropical desert vegetation
and temperate desert vegetation
