Self development and communication are two areas of life that are
inextricably connected to one another—you really can't optimize one
without the other. Let's say you want to improve your health (self
development). How will you do it? It starts with a clearly articulated
health goal (communication).

 Self development is the process of learning new things and building new
skills—skills that help us increase our chances of success, achieving our
goals, and manifesting our dreams.
OBJECTIVE OF SELF-DEVELOPMENT
The main objective of self-development is to make the personal and social life. So
happy and successful that he lives a joyful life. The main objectives of self-

 Effective communication promotes personal development, and rapid decision-making, and
allows you to completely explore your creativity. It also helps you to learn new talents and
contribute to society. A person needs effective communication for several reasons, including
problem-solving.

*Strengths:- Strengths are sustainable internal factors (features) that give your

heavily promoted to differentiate your service or product in the marketplace.
*Weaknesses:- Weaknesses are internal factors that put your business at a
competitive disadvantage. In order to be successful, action must be taken to
minimze the effect of these weaknesses.
*Opportunities:- Opportunities are external conditions in your business environment
that you can capitalize on to increase your sales revenue and become more
profitable. Leveraging these conditions can further strengthen your competitive
advantage and lead to an even greater success.
*Threats:- Threats are external conditions in your business environment that can
have a significant negative impact on your competitive advantage and
profitability. Anticipating these threats allows your business to prepare for them and
limit the damage they can do to your revenue and profitability.
