This company rep called (could barely understand him) and identified himself as being from Windows Technical Service and that they wanted to refund me $315.00. Because I could barely understand him, I don't know what the reason for the refund was, plus, I have a Mac. He wanted me to get in front of my computer and turn it on. He then advised me to open my browser and type in the team viewer website address. That's when I smelled a rat and refused. He kept persisting in spite of repeated refusals on my part. I finally hung up on him. The idiot had the nerve to immediately call again, but I didn't answer. This was a new one to me.

PHe has called our number numerous times.Day,night,and weekends.He asked my husband for me by name and then he introduced himself and said I had called him for computer repair.I asked him to repeat his name,and he did but it was Jack Watson and he could barely speak English..I told him I did not know him and had not called him and hung up..We received another call from a different number today but I bet when I check it it will be of the same nature..He wanted to get into my computer by remote control and steal all of my information and personal identity...I did not fall for it as our BBB had warned the people of this scam...what a jerk..
