No message, no identifier.

This robocall was on my cell phone, which is on the DO NOT CALL list. I will no longer accept calls from the 209 area code.

Refusing to answer calls from locations unknown to me any longer. There is a credit card scammer calling from multiple locations who refuses to cease and desist.

They called my cell phone which is listed on the DO NOT CALL LIST - I pay for them to try sell me crap that I do not want or need. And even more irratating they call again and again.

I am on the no call list.
