the telemarketeer calls about some 'compensation for birth control pill' and uses abusive language when you ask them to stop calling Also asks about nationality and then uses foul language. Is there some effective forum to file a complaint and take action?

This number has been calling me for WEEKS!!! It's some type of lawsuit department for the YAZ birth control. I tell them every time that I haven't taken their birth control and haven't had surgery due to birth control but they still call me almost everyday!

No telemarketer is too call my cell or lan line, but yet this number comes constantly on my caller ID. I finally answered it and got a male who had broken English, noise in background, telling me there is a lawsuit that I can basically benefit from due to injuries or illness while taking birth control years ago!!!! The company name he gave me is American Health Center...
