someone called and saidtheywere from the social security office and my benefits were going to be suspended if I did not call back immediately- I know this is a hoax because the ss office will never call you!!!

This Number called and left a voice message to call back in 24hours and mentioned a restraining order if I did not call back or they would contact my employer? I called back and it was a recorded voice mail that was full and said to call back later or leave my number. This is weird, I have no idea what this would be fore! I believe this is a scam, the number was 216 644- 1249.

This is a recorded message. It tells me they are going to contact my employer. Also I have 4 hours that I will be served with a restraining order. My lawyer and I will be served with papers and brought into court>

This number continues to call and threaten me even Though I tell them to stop. It has a high scam level and has several complaints. They leave recorded messages threatening restraining orders. I am on a no call list also.

I first recived a recorded voice message on my cell phone. The number came up unknown and they stated I should call back at (216) 644 -1249 where they stated that I had faulted on a payday loan and that I was to be served because I was being sued and cited for fraud if I did not pay $1600. However, they had a settlement agreement for $850 and anted payement. I asked for the company name and they cited LRS Litigation in Cleveland Ohio, They had my bank name, address and employment information. The individual I spoke to was "Angel Jones" and "Matthew Thomas". I looked up the company and found information that they were a scam and I called back and told them that I was recording the conversation and instructed them that I was not to pay anything until I recieve something in the mail I was not going to respond.They became threatening and stated that their attorney was going to court this afternoon and I would be in trouble. This is scary. What can you do to stop this?

Another phone number that these scammers are using. I am also forwarding the information to the TN State Atty General for prosecution per my attorney
