Unknown individual claiming to know personal information

A call came in a few minutes ago from 253-353-7064. When I said hello, nothing was said from the other end. They just call. Never leaves a message. I have seen this number on my ID caller before.

Called on a Sunday during my nap. I answered it and it was a recording. Now I leave my phone in a different room for my Sunday afternoon naps. I work anywhere between 10-12 hours a day and go to school from 6:00 pm to 10:pm every night. I enjoy by Sunday naps.

Calling a business line six times in one day. No talking, no message, just hang ups.

Called day before and day after Christmas in early morning. Just hangs up - leaves no message. More calls on different days, also.

Called and left 13 messages on my answering machine. they were 4sec dead air messages.

Calls and hangs up. 7 calls in last 4 days. Takes weekends off evidently. Read elsewhere that the caller claims to be with the Seattle Times and claims to have some sort of offer involving coupons, and needs name and address. Others say person already has address. Either way, will report to National Do Not Call Registry in 30 days, but it may not be a legitimate telemarketer. May be a cell phone "phisherman", looking to get credit card information.
