Very rude lady, speaking Spanish, saying she work for the Supreme Court and that a law-suit was getting processed against me. SCAM SCAM

Just checked the number and its a cell phone, no name registered and its located in Perrine, FL....SCAM !!!

This number called (lady speaking spanish) saying someone was putting a law suit on me. She said she worked for Supreme Court, then hanged up the phone. I called back because it was really strange and honestly I felt kind of nervous, she told me that I have to look for legal representation. I just check the number and its a telemarketer. There is no name registered under this number (305) 964 0893 but its a cell phone. Very scary.

Call in Spanish from a Guadalupe Sanchez who claimed to be with the "Supreme Court of Florida". Demanded repayment of a debt. Would not provide a number to speak with someone who spoke English nor would she provide a court case number. Became rude and eventually hung up on us.

My aunt also got a phone call from this phone number 305-964-0893. This so called Licenciada Guadalupe Sanchez, is demanding money to be sent to her to settle a lawsuit. She does not speak English and ah ha works at the Florida Supreme Court (what country does she think she lives in). I also called her and asked to be talked to someone in English and she got an attitude and hang up on me. I reported it with the Federal Trade Commission, however, people needs to call the police and ask them to do their job. This woman has been harassing people since back in October 2012, as per some of the complaints I have read here. Let's get on her case and get the police or proper authorities to catch this thief. As per some of the complaints, people have reported it and called the police, however, here we are in July 2013 and she still making this phone calls. The authorities need to get on her case right now. This is the type of people that needs to be deported to their own country. I hope they finally catch her, I am going to keep making calls and complaints to the different options available until somebody does something. Please help catch this DELINCUENTE!
