The caller from this number falsely identified himself as an IRS agent. He was rude, and this form of debt collection is completely illegal.

An automated message comes on and its a female voice. They don't state what company and only say if I don't call them back in one hour they will be forced to send police to my house and have me arrested.

I told to call this 310-982-7569 or the police would be sent to my house

Caller ID shows +1(911) but they ask you to call (310)982-7569 and say "If you fail to call within one hour we will forced to send police officers at your place to get you arrested, thank you."
