Multiple Hang ups. Nobody on the other end

This was a scam caller playing am my daughters friend ,he said he spoke with me knowing he didnt

posed as my girlfriend begging for money

New spam method. They hear your voicemail message and pick up your name from that and then say "hello [your name] hello, are you there"

This number keeps calling then when you answer it hangs up, you call it back and says all representives are busy press 1 to be taken off the list, they do not take you off, they keep calling all day long. It starts early in the morning and is still going on at 7:50 P.M they if it is that IRS scam, I had that happen about a year and a half ago, fell for it. Told me I couldn't contact anyone and if I didn't get the money by 2 they were putting me under federal arrest, I almost wrecked my car to get to my daughter 30 mins. away to use her cell to call my tax agent, she told me it was all a scam, they are very convincing. But this caller isn't saying anything, just calls all day long

wanted to trouble shoot my computer

I received call from this phone number and number 1(315)294 5699 ( 2 ) time same day deferent time to tell me that I am own the (IRS ) money since 2011 and that amount of that money is $9,120.00 and I have to pay that money now , or the town police coming for arrested in 48 hour and relocation abroad .the way they talk very nasty and tough and gritty and he told me first do not interrupt me . finally after long conversation I told him to do that legal way you need to send me a paper at this point he hung up on me ( 3 ) hour later the other number called me but I was nasty with him and he get scared and hung up. something need to be done about this people.

I have received 4 phone calls from these people, each with a different number. All were talking about my name and number being selected to receive a "free grant" without having to pay it back. Even though I said take me off their call list, they keep calling. The lady behind this number hung up on me before I finished telling her about the previous calls and that I have repeatedly said don't call me. If I get one more call from them, I am going to have them reported to the police for harassment.

A person at this number did not like the fact that we didn't want his services he proceeded to call my husband a (niger) cussing and talked about his mother because we told him we were going to block his number
