Who called me and as you know my name

This number keeps calling my cell phone. I've tried calling back and I get a busy signal. I don't know who this is? They call all the time and I want it stopped!

Multiple individuals with thick accents (probably Indian, couldn't pronounce my name) called from this number stating that I was "getting a grant from the government". When they failed to be able to tell me anything more than my name (not even my full name!) , I was off-put, and asked if they knew my address. When the man on the phone put me on hold, I hung up and blocked the number.

Claimed I won a grant. Said that they needed a $3.87 processing fee. My credit card was declined. The gentleman told me to go get a Wal-Mart Money card and he would call back today. So I did. He never called. and when I call the number it is a busy signal.

I have recieved numerous calls from this number and requested they remove my number from their database, but they continue to call.

this number keeps calling me and when i finally answered it I told them to stop calling me. They were quick to say I have free money. Once again I told them to stop calling me.
