My neighbor and local police are involved with spying on people and breaking into their homes, raping and drugging women and men. Most prank calls are from older folks with nothing better to do. I guess they throw them a few bucks. I keep receiving text messages with underlying threats

This guy, Akex Kamp, is a fraudster and scammer. He pretends to offer loans through his bogus company, but drains your bank account dry. He produces fraudulent documents loaded with spelling mistakes, and pretends he is affiliated with the local Chade Bank branch (and creating fraudulent loan documents on his PC). Avoid this man. He should be arrested and sent to prison.

These calls are VERY annoying. When you answer the phone they indicate they are with M/S Windows & that I have a problem with my computer.
