(407) 369 in Orlando, FL

Texted me on a new phone. Even knew my first name. Did not reply, but neither did the 'sender' send any additional texts or calls.

Called twice and said that a lawsuit had been filed against me. Gave his name as James Smith. Hard to understand

This person says he is with a law firm and he says I took out a payday loan and never paid it back.. Threatens to have me arrested and other assorted things. Have no idea what he is referring to. Hard to understand. When I call the number he just answers with yes.

Keeps calling even after I threatened to call police. He used vulgar language after I told him that I would call the police if they called me again. They got my number from a list of Christine Jackson (whoever that is) and try to contact her (along with literally hundreds of other numbers). The last time he called me and I said I would call the police he said "but I want to F**K you." I said "Excuse ME?!" And he repeated himself. I hung up. He tried yet again and I added him to the reject call list. Unfortunately that only lasts for 3 months or so (according to Verizon).

Made harassing calls with threats of arrest and police being sent to my home. Refused to identify the reason they were calling. Only gave their name as Alex.

Party calling says name is Alex. Alleges he is with a law firm, not collection company. Threatens that you will be arrested on your job or at home because suit has been filed against you. After much prodding he tells you who is suing you. Never heard of the business, I never dealt with them. Then he screams that you are going to be sorry. I called the number back to see how it answered, Alex immediately called me and began a tirade of screaming and personal threats. This person and company needs to be stopped. I have terminal cancer and a heart problem.
