(408) 940 in Sunnyvale, CA

This person sent an email claiming to have charge my wife's credit card in the amount of $546.00 for a product, Norton 360. It said to call 408-940-6916 if there was a mistake or if a refund was requested. I called the number 5 times. 3 times it immediately hung up and 2 times a message said no one was available. I seriously doubt that if that number belonged to Norton software, that would happen. the billing came from an email: iremschildkampbj@gmail.com. My wife has had a stroke and cannot walk. There is just no way she would be on a computer and order Norton software. This was a scam. Donald Grant

They call me twice a day almost every day.

I got a called from this number but nobody answered when I pickup the phone. Really disturbing.

Calls me every few days, always says they have emails or whitepapers to send me. I always tell them not to call me anymore. Once I asked to speak to a supervisor, who assured me I would be removed from their list, but I still get calls. Recommend sending them to voicemail directly (they never leave a message). Don't bother talking to them.

Whoever these people are calling on our tech support line and saying our COO said to contact us wanting send white pages to us and discuss some marketing strategy. I kept telling the guy he’s going to have to talk to them directly we don’t make business decisions we just fix computers. When I would not give him anything else he hung up. Best advice for this one if anyone ask for someone else. You'll have to call them directly and just keep repeating that.

I will never do business with telemarketers.

Called me today with "product updates" for our system. He never could tell me what product. Seems to be a scam of some sort trying to gather as much info as possible about the company structure. I lied as much as I could without laughing and hopefully polluted his data.

Telemarketer, didn't answer.

This Company calls numerous times throughout the day requesting to send white papers. I have asked them at least 15 times to take us out of the system and to stop calling. They keep calling everyday like clock work.
