Multiple calls a day. Claim to be with the Obama Care Hardship Program. They had my name, tel, and email. They wanted my social security number, dob, and mother's maiden name. I am already on the hardship program with the Dept of Ed. I told them on June 9,2014 I did not want them to call me. Put me on the Do Not Call list. They called me 4 more times withing 10 minutes of me telling her no and not to call again. I told them then that if I got another call I would report them to bbb.The same rep called me from two different area codes 424 and 312 claiming they are both her office number. The tel# only has a voice mail to leave a msg with no identifying information. I got a call again this morning from the same rep trying to argue with me that they were just trying to help me with my student loans. I told her I was filing the complaint and would contact any authorities if she called again. I just file the bbb complaint.
Calls daily and leaves no message. When I answer they try and sale me something. I tell them not interested. Don't call me again . But they call back again
This person listed with this number has been calling using a lot of vulgarity and insisting that we speak to him. He has even claimed to be our personal physician. After making another attempt, he threaten to do bodily harm. He needs to be stopped! He has called our cell phone and continues to do so in 3 to 5 minute intervals.
I think this is a fraudulent group - First Step Funding. Pretending to be in Beverly Hills. They call up and pretend to be a bank. Want the seller of a timeshare to send funds to a Bank of America account in Burbank. I believe they are in Fla. with a PO Box address at the UPS store in Burbank
