Got a call from this number on my cell phone I didn't recognize it so I didn't answer it but they left me a voice message which means I will be charged for the call. The recording was so garbled that I couldn't understand what it was saying

I don't answer calls to my cell if I don't recognize the number, so this gang has left me 3 voicemails so far. Telemarketing scam, perhaps, but if they never answer the phone, how are they going to get money from anyone? Weird. maybe they are just hoping to verify that my number works, so they can sell the information.

My number was released by dishnetwork to this telemarketing company.
