I had received a voice message that it was a police officer calling me about a legal matter. I tried returning the call 3x in a week. It just rings several times and then switches to a busy signal. I have been researching a potential personal fraud by a business when this occurred. I'm thinking this may be an intimidating tactic?

This is the same company representing itself as a company trying to get you a better homeowner insurance rate. They have used (602)892-9944 in the past. Today they called on the number listed above. Their tactics are aggressive and they are relentless in their efforts to get you to accept their offers to send out info on purchasing their insurance. I have informed them many times that I am not interested and to stop calling. I have said that I am on the National Do Not Call Registry and wish to be placed on their company-specific do not call list. They just hang up a call the next day. The callers all speak with a foreign accent and represent themselves with American-type names.

I answered the phone and said hello a couple times. They hung up without saying anything. Total call time 16 seconds. Some are attributing this to Hunter Warfield. Other Websites report it is a Leander, Texas number.
