I too got a call from a Rachel Anderson who has threatened me with being arrested if I didn't come up with $1400.00 immediately and told me to go get a job to pay this debt by monday morning. When I called back to talk to this Rachel and this time it was a different voice and when I brought it to her attention she hung up on me. Evil witch !!!!!

This company is claiming to represent a law firm and is trying to collect and settle a debt on a pay day loan from 10/22/11. Almost 2 years have pasted and they are coming after me now???? No certified mail from law firm or a call from the law firm representing the defendant in the past 18 months???? Will not give me Law Firm Name, Account Number that claim is for. Offering me a reduce Payment of a $484.00 ( that's it after almost 2 years on an original loan of $300.00 ) Will accept payment of debt of $324.00 if I pay over phone with a debit or visa card right now. Tell me if I don't pay today they will proceed to take me to court. How does this happen in our beautiful USA. I guess I will have to trust or legal system!!
