This person committed a crime sterling shawna Bensons Identity and also was found guilty of a crime steeling shawna Bensons parents identity steeling thousands of dollars from her parents. Shawna Benson has never owned this number and has no connection with this person. I want charges against this person. I believe they may have found personal information on Shawna through mail at the Moreland Address after she moved out of that house in 2013! Not 2016 because she lived in Lancaster california in 2016 on Foxton Ave. Then in 2013 she moved to Tehachapi california then moved to foxton ave in 2015 and lived there until 2019 when The house caught fire and was condemned as non livable as it was contaminated highly with asbestos and then people broke into the home and stole what she had left and was forced to move back to Tehachapi address until that house sold for her parents who moved at that time to Missouri. The house sold during covid when everyone had stay at home orders but we were forced to move because of the sale of the house and then had no choice but yo move to missouri also to be close to family. shawnas credit has been screwed up because of the constant struggles and people trying to also use her information for their own personal gain. Shawnas kids dad still owes her over $200,000.00 in back child support that he has never paid on and has a court order to pay her. Shawnas kids dad (Nick Pierucci) has a mother Loveda Ann Gromer who also illegally obtained her information of one of her accounts from Lumberjack when she was young because they worked together where Loveda was the manager and she obtained her credit card information without shawna consent and charges hundreds on her closed account and caused shawna to exceed her limit on the account and she even made 1 $40 payment which was how shawna found out Loveda had use her information and her credit card for loveda down personal gain. That account was eventually cleared but years later after shawna found out she could not obtain any kind of loans or help because of her credit. 20 years later and shes still unable to buy a home because of a low credit score and because several misleading information on her reports. These need fixed and corrected . Shawna doesnt even answer her phone anymore because of a phobia she has due to so many people training to collect debts but if her kids dad paid her what he owes her she could get out of debt and be debt free but until then she has struggled and continues to struggle until the debts owed to her are paid.
