Incoming call to a land line phone. Phone number on both the state and federal do-not-call registries. Robo caller message from 562-628-9380 states: ”This is credit card services. There is nothing wrong with your credit card account but it may be possible to lower your account interest rate. Press - - - to be connected to a representative or press - - - to be put on our do not call list.” After several seconds of no sounds, call disconnects. A return call to this number 562-628-9380 results in recorded message from “care on site” with multiple “press - - -“ options, none of which results in human interaction.

Called left a message telling me I could lower the interest rate on my credit cards but my eligibility was about to run out, I needed to act soon. I have no credit cards. I, therefore, assume it is some sort of scam.

research suggests it's spam/credit card fraud. Did not answer.

how do they get my numbers? they harass me about credit card rates. some flash a name on my caller id stating they are a exterminating company, when i answer i get hit with a pitch about my credit card's rate.............why are they allowed to get away with these scams!!!
