User has scammed a @total of $23k+ claiming to be an "Account Manager" and works for unknown bank.

Received 2 texts from this number. First was at 10:06pm and again at 11:37pm both asking if I was(full name) I responded back at 1:40am. They have some b*lls to be texting that late at night. I'm going to find out who it is and what they want and will text back every 10 minutes throughout the night into the morning. Is it petty? Of course but it'll help satisfy my annoyance and level of frustration.

I got a text from this number asking if this was me, without any other information about who was asking. I did not respond.

Got a text message from this number and asking if this is such & such name. Name is correct but I am not answering his/her question. Did not text me his/her name of who is asking.

he is a realtor who is aggressively soliciting saying untrue items to current clients and to people who are on the do not call list. major spam

This person is saying he is Damon John from Shark Tank. Got me to sign up for Bitcoin Now he is telling me my account needs to be upgraded. He founds me through my instagram account saying he is Damon. It just seemed fishy.
