This is a scam. Beware of it.

some one called and left a message from homeland security that i was under investigation and to call that number. i called that number and she said i commited a crime. do i want to settle it outside . i asked what did i do and she said i owe on taxes. i said i do not owe on taxes. she said she is going to start a legal process against me and the cops will be at my door to arrest me. had a heavy accent

This person called and said they were from homeland security and that we are under investigation. When I called back, it goes to ext. 6077. Horrible

Some moron called my wife at home and said that he is from Homeland Security and I am under investigation.

A man with a very bad mixed Indian/Caribbean accent called and said that me and my husband are being investigated by the Dept of Homeland Security for Federal violations and we should call back at this number immediately. What as HORRIBLE person.

i called back and got through... spoke with a couple of guys with a heavy Indian accent. When I started speaking in Hindi, one of them responded in Hindi... these guys are jerks... the number is unlisted. When I told them I had a food delivery... they were taken by surprise...

The call is from Lisa Hunter. She calls from the department of Homeland Security - tells me my husband is in some sort of trouble and gives me a number for my husband to call back. When I call the number, there is no greeting, goes straight to an extension 6077 and says the person is on the phone and their mailbox is full.

I've received several calls from this number (my phone company has now blocked them). What began as a call in which the caller told me that his company had been contracted by the IRS to contact folks who'd failed to file Form 61, turned quickly into hate speech. He told me that my name is a Muslim name, that all Muslims are terrorists, and that I need to get the H*** out of the Country! My sense is that this wasn't someone's idea of a practical joke. I believe I was speaking to a highly agitated/disturbed individual. This call and subsequent messages have been reported to the State Police, our Attorney General, and the FBI.
